UK DELIVERY

All orders must be placed by 12:00 pm for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12:00 pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £100.00 (applies to UK Mainland orders only). If you shop for less than £100.00, then the standard delivery cost will be £4.99. The cut-off time for processing orders on the same day is 12pm. We aim to deliver all standard deliveries within 3-5 working days. In very rare cases delivery may be subject to delays due to adverse weather if the delivery address is in a remote location or mislocated by Royal Mail where it might take up to 10 working days.

*Please note that some of the very heavy and fragile items (mentioned on the website) are not offered with delivery service, they can only be collected from our store.

FREE CLICK AND COLLECT

Store collection is FREE of charge and can be collected from 121A King Edward Road, Hillfield, Coventry, CV1 5BQ. When collecting orders from the store, customers must provide a photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence). If they cannot provide a photo ID, they must provide a utility bill that matches the customer’s name and billing address. Without this requested information, the order cannot be collected. Please allow 2 hours to prepare your orders, you can call us to collect them earlier if you are in a hurry!
